South Korea says ready to offer flood damage relief to North Korea
SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korea is ready to provide North Korea with relief supplies for damage caused by recent heavy rainfall, Seoul’s unification ministry that handles inter-Korean affairs said on Thursday.
