Software engineer, 22, mysteriously dies at desk as investigation launched
A 22-YEAR-OLD software engineer has been found dead at Google’s New York City Headquarters.
Scott Krulcik was found unconscious and unresponsive at his work station on the sixth floor, and an investigation has been launched to discover the cause of death.

Police said Scott Krulcik, of Manhattan, was found unconscious and unresponsive on the sixth floor of 111 8th Avenue
First-responders attempted CPR but were unable to revive Krulcik.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police told ABC7 there were no signs of trauma and officials don’t suspect foul play.
The discovery was made by a janitor at around 9pm Friday.

An autopsy will determine the cause of the Google employee’s death
There has been no suggestion the victim had any known history of medical conditions or substance abuse problems, according to the New York Post.
An autopsy will be undertaken to determine the official cause of death.
Krulcik, who was from Saratoga Springs and lived in Manhattan’s West Village, went to school at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
He had only been with Google since August, according to his LinkedIn profile.
