Rep. Lauren Boebert encourages congressional staffers who experience mistreatment or harassment in the workplace to come forward with their stories, as she will ensure they come into the limelight while maintaining their anonymity if necessary.
“If your boss is mistreating you, someone else in the office, tell somebody,” said Boebert to Pablo Reports. “If you want to remain anonymous, remain anonymous. Let one of us loudmouths get it out there for you. Happy to issue receipts on behalf of anyone.”

It should be noted that Rep. Lauren Boebert insists that she is not selective concerning who needs to reach out to her. Both Democratic and Republican staffers can come forward, regardless of the issue involving chiefs of staff or other leading personnel working on Capitol Hill.
“Democrat or Republican, you know, even if it is another staffer, a chief of staff, someone, a senior staffer, if you’ve got something, if you’ve been wronged, absolutely, my door is open, and I’ll listen,” she said. “And if anonymity is requested, that’s what you will get.”
Colorado’s Republican representative also discussed how whistleblowing has posed dangers to career development throughout the history of the Capitol, adding that the environment has changed for the better regarding the accusers.
“It seems like some of these people who accused Eric Swalwell, they were able to find jobs quickly,” said Boebert. “That has changed compared to previous Congresses, where people could ruin their careers by doing the right thing.”
