Florida remains in forecast cone as Isaias becomes tropical storm

TONY: TROPIC STORM HAS COME TOGETHER TONIGHT. GETTING BETTER ORGANIZED. WE THINK IT WILL GO OVER THE DOMINICA REPUBLIC AND THEN WHEN IT EMERGES ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE WATER IS WARM. WE TALKED ABOUT THE SCENARIO WHERE IF THIS WERE TO STAY OVER WATER BY GOING BY THE EAST IT WOULD HAVE A CHANCE TO BE STRONGER AND THAT IS WHAT THE HURRICANE CENTER IS LATCHING ONTO. A LOT OF THE MODEL TRACKS TONIGHT ARE ON THE FAR EASTERN SIDE OF THE CONE. AT THIS CURVATURE, THERE WOULD BE SOME GOOD COASTAL BEACH EROSION. WE HAVE TO WATCH. IF THE TRENDS CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE EAST, WE COULD LUCK OUT. WE WILL WATC THAT BETWEEN NOW AND THE WEEKEND. WE ARE WATCHING THE IMPACT WITH HISPANIOLA AND WHAT IT DOES FOR THE CIRCULATION. WE HAVE TROPICAL STORM WATCHES UP FOR THE NORTHERN BAHAMAS AS OF THE UPDATE. WATCH THE EASTERN ENVELOPE. EARLIER, IT WAS ALONG THE COAST AND NOW IT IS EAST OF THE COASTLINE AND CONTINUING. WE WILL WATCH THAT BETWEEN NOW AND THE WEEKE
