Palm Springs police closed East Vista Chino Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 24, due to flash flooding. It joins North Indian Canyon Drive and North Gene Autry Trail, which were closed earlier in the day.

Flash flooding caused the Palm Springs Police Department to close sections of the three major roads, all of which frequently close for flooding.

“Turn around and do not attempt to drive through water,” police said in a notice to motorists.
