Over 130 arrests made, more than $23k recovered in Roseville retail theft operation
(FOX40.COM) — The Roseville Police Department announced that over 100 people were arrested and more than $23,000 was recovered as they wrapped up their retail theft operation.

RPD said the second half of its seven-day “Operation Grinch” resulted in 55 arrests and $8,936 worth of property recovered.
Police said that 82 people were arrested, and $14,200 was recovered during the first four days of the operation.
In total, 137 people were arrested and $23,136 worth of property was recovered.
Roseville police partnered up with the Rocklin Police Department, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the California Highway Patrol and the Elk Grove Police Department.
